I called to cancel my membership back in Jan 2022. It now July 2022 and I am still being charged after I received a email bacm in Feb 2022 stating that I would no longer be charged. I spoke with a lady in June about this same issue and was asked to resend proof and I would No longer be charged and that I would receive a refund. Nothing but lies…. because I was just charged again. I will be reaching out to external resources since I’ve have been receiving nothing but false promises since I joined this gym. AVOID with all cost!

I have been a member for over four years so I have seen the highs and lows of this location. I can state unequivocally that due to the singular efforts of the new manager - Ola Jackson, this gym is back to where it was when I first joined. Clean bathrooms, the gym floor is constantly organized and she provides a vibe that makes the location more than just a gym. I am sure all long time members will agree with me. If you are not a member you should come check it out as we have a great new leader!
