I would give zero stars but it’s not an option. Had to literally walk the store to get help and figure out where the drop off was. The site says nothing about size restrictions, all it says is it has to be boxed …We apologize your experience at this location did not meet your expectations. The site says nothing about size restrictions, all it says is it has to be boxed up, labeled and ready for pickup. Bring in my box and get denied because they have restrictions, where? There is nothing in google maps or the link that brings you to Ups drop off access point page. The manager had horrible customer service and a bad attitude.
