Nice staff if you can find anyone to help. Real slim pickings when I got there. Cashier offered an apology, but what exactly would I expect her to do about it? Seems like the brass has a problem keeping stock rotated and full.

I do the pickup orders then I'll try stuff on and return what I don't want. Easy experience with limited in store time. I'm not a fan of "shopping".

Natasha saved the day! I was purchasing shoes as a gift, so I didn't try them on. At checkout, Natsha verified the size of the shoes. It turns out that one shoe was the incorrect size -- two sizes smaller than the other. Natasha contacted someone who retrieved the correct size, which was very nice. I felt so silly and thanked her for her due diligence. I was told this is a common occurrence, which is why she checked in the first place. Thank you again, Natasha, for your help!

Kohl's is my favorite place for my only favorite jeans ( wallflower) and ( union bay) and I'm loving how convenient you can just run in and return Amazon returns , this was a great idea
