This gym is welcoming and truly focuses on the things that originally brought me to crossfit 9 years ago. An inviting environment for all ages and ability. My youngest child has explored and grown with crossfit kids program, while I have been able to see gains I lost after being sidelined by medical for 3.5 years. This is a place where your individual journey is the priority. You also get to meet a supportive community that wants yo see you grow and be your best version. Can not say enough about the amazing staff or amazing people!

I’ve been to several other CrossFit gyms in the area but I can say they don’t compare to 12 Gauge. The coaches are great at what they do and the programming of workouts is top notch. You can tell the staff and owners have a passion for this. I also love the 24 hour gym access option - it keeps me on track on days that my schedule keeps me from being able to attend a class. Love it here!
