Host Vicky was very friendly and she was not even on the clock, invited her to eat dinner with our family and she made sure we received good service. Even though the server wasn't very kind ill definitely return to see the host

I don't usually post. But I had to comment. I rated this a three only for the fact the the service was awesome. They were prompt, kind ,helpful and made the place feel very welcoming. The food was absolutely awful!! Driving for hours on end it is already hard to stop at these food places. Wanted something that was close to something we would eat at home I figured we stop. With Applebee's being our favorite I was so disappointed. My two girls didn't even finish a quarter of there food. Convinced things are pre-made, it taste like they warmed it up in microwave. ☹😠 we will definitely be eating more at home. And I rather snack on the road.

Just completed a curbside pickup. My son is lactose intolerant... I ordered the kids cheeseburger and checked no cheese! Of course there was cheese on the burger and the fries were missing. Partially my fault for not checking the bag but attention to detail here is non existent and they weren't busy so not sure what the issues were. I attempted to call once I got home and the line just rang. Will never visit again.

Our waitress was attentive and made recommendations. It was my birthday so I received a free cake and ice cream... Which was awesome! It was really a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
