Checked into my curbside park and waited for 10 minutes with my toddler before having to walk in to collect our food. The workers and seemingly the manager were all standing around having conversation except one young lady (blonde teenager) who was doing it all! Poor thing. The food was A-Maz-ing as usual despite the missing bread bowl.

Friendly service and relatively clean (except for the bathroom). Panera has joined the club of asking for a tip when you place your order. I’m optimistic that the franchise pays their employees a living wage so I’m not sure why tipping is entertained at what is essentially a “fast food” restaurant.

Food was good like usual and service was nice. However, it looked like the apocalypse occurred in the bathroom. Also, I understand that after lunch rush hour it will take a while to get everything cleaned back up again in the dining area but it was really dirty and needed attention. I also have sympathy for the homeless but it definitely changes the feeling of the atmosphere when you have to look at a shopping cart parked in the dining area. At least ban the shopping cart so other customers especially the elderly have enough space to walk by safely.

As usual, the food at Panera is top notch. Fresh meats, cheeses, breads, and veggies. Excellent service. Great beverages. A perfect goto.
