The biggest thing was the lack of communication I had to call in several times to find out about my door if it was in when would it be installed 95% of the times I couldn’t get anybody on the phone I took a week off in July to have my door installed only to be told we never told you we were gonna install the door on that day so then they call me back like if nothing ever happened and they delayed it a month more when the door got installed they broke half inch of the baseboard and they also cut my alarm at the front door I had to pay to get it replaced door looks good but the lack of communication was horrible if I hadn’t called back on that day that I took off to have my door installed I would’ve been there waiting and waiting and waiting I understand things happen but the poor communication was awful they also charge me for the door completely before it was even done 😞

I contracted with Wright’s Impact Window & Door for a very small residential job on my home in July 2020 for one front door, one set of back French doors and one kitchen window. It has taken them 26 months to finish my job just last week. I did understand that the pandemic caused some supply-chain delays, but not to this extent. It took them nine months to receive my product, March 2021 and they forgot the grills for the back French doors. It was another year before they received and finally installed the grills, April, 2022. Most ever time I called them, I was screened with a voice mail, and most of the time, they did not return my phone call. Then we scheduled the final inspection in June 2022, the inspector showed up, but Wright’s installer did not. The inspector fined Wright’s for that. Come to find out, the installer lost the photos he supposedly took of the installation, so he could show the inspector. We scheduled another final inspection in September 2022, and the installer had to come in and remove my molding again to show his work to the inspector. I would never recommend Wright’s Impact Window & Door and I will never give them any more business!

Absolutely the worst experience we have had dealing with any vendor and we have been at it 50 plus years. Wrights failed to complete the order then started calling us and threatening us if we did not pay them the residual balance even though they had failed to complete the order. We paid them an agreed upon amount leaving a small residual and now they are continuing to mismanage the project. They got many of the HOA required grid pattern windows incorrect and left off our screens in multiple windows. Their staffing has changed and now they are trying to blame us for the problems. We have been at it with them for over two years. I have a call in now and have asked that the president Howard call me back to sort this huge mess out. We will see what happens. As for now my honest recommendation is don't wast your time with this company. They are not honorable and you will indeed waste your time and not get a good result.

Took 2 weeks instead of 5 days no pictures of progress Never Let me know code was for front door to swing out not in like original and this house is an Airbnb and it. Cost me a week of not renting never let me know that they did not start in time took almost 9 months from date of order and scheduled after delivery to their warehouse never kept me In loop when nothing went right then threatened me when I did not pay immediately!!!
