Oh wow, that's interesting. I think reviews should be posted good or bad and it's just for the consumers to decide. Well, as long as the review is true and sincere. So far though, I never had a bad experience with Rancho Market and all my interactions with the crews are very pleasant. As far as firing an employee, it's not for the consumer to decide. Everyone deserves a second chance and it could be just a training issue which the management can work on.
