Make your appointment now, they will assign you to a service writer. Start with that person then ask to talk with the Service Manager. If you still feel there is no satisfaction ask to speak with Jamie the General Manager.
They can do almost any alterations you may require
I would imagine it would depend on the damage and how busy they are. Sometimes you can't even get an appointment for a month. I took mine in and it was a month before they got a chance to look at it. Once they did though, they repaired it pretty quick.
