I rented a 16’ ladder but was given a 14’ ladder. I was not paying attention to the situation, drove from there store to palmetto park rd and that’s where I noticed. I had to drive all the way back to the store and swap out ladders. Then drive back to the job on palmetto. I was upset about the situation to say the least. But Aldrich took care of me by not charging me at all. I was extremely happy with the manner in which this was handled. Will definitely use Aldrich rentals again.

They didnt let me know i was going to have to put down a 600 deposit along with the 300 payment crazy never have i ever had to do it.
