I ordered 2 tables from Ashley on March 25. We were able to take one home that day and the second one was placed on order. We have been calling for a month wanting to know where the table is. Just information. I have been told I can only speak to Ashley, that only she has the order information. Well, no calls back, no information, no table. Horrible customer service after they take your money. We are interested in purchasing a spa. Not from them. They cannot even handle a table.

As soon as I walked in, I was impressed with the customer service! Bill assisted me with information, and my sister ended up buying an awesome pool for what we felt like was a great price compared to other places. The men that installed the pool were great and communicated well. Today, we went to get our water tested & had “Pool School” with Sawyer. He was super helpful & fun! We left Sawyer knowing everything we needed to know for our pool, chemicals, etc. Thanks The Great Backyard Place, Bill, and Sawyer!!!

What comes with the pool?

Lisa, do your research to see what you want and what fits your budget. Do you want above ground? Is a deep end important to you? There are many liner types. I went with a doughboy, 4feet to 6 feet in the middle above ground. Are you looking for longevity? All above ground pools are not equal. The wall types vary from material to ribbing for strength. You can expect to pay $3,000-$15,000 depending on your options.

Several things can be the culprit. Your stabilizer could be too low, too high phosphates, if your pH is off you could be getting ready to have an algae bloom. Best thing you can do is take a sample to Katherine at the Great backyard place. She's a wiz when it come to water chemistry.
