I am satisfied with preferred care at home.they will try to work on getting the caregivers that you request and are on call 24/7.anytime i have an issue all i got to do is call them.

Unfortunately we are not able to go through those insurance. They do not pay for in home non-medical care.
You can call the company. But they normally send them out in January
