Awful customer service. AND apparently I'm a glutton for punishment. But I won't ever go there. We got a new puppy and were told that CAL carries the food we need. They are twenty minutes away so I called to see if they had it. I was hung up on multiple times or the phone simply wasn't answered. I was put on hold only to have them literally lift the phone up and then hang up. And when I spoke to Sharon, the assistant manager, she was audibly annoyed and dismissive. Seven phone calls. I still don't know if they have the food I need. There's just so many other places to go to get what they have. Online and otherwise. I've never been there and I will not EVER be going there. Edit: not long after I posted this review, the manager contacted me and really tried to make things right. I appreciated it a lot and raised the review two stars.
