This is a fun course. The fairways are somewhat narrow and there are some hazards that keep things interesting, so it's a good challenge. Seemed to be pretty well maintained for the most part.

There isn't a dress code that I know of. I would just say closed toe shoes but no dress code on clothing..
You can if you don't have your own.
If You Go Out before 9am Its really cheaper i think it is about $ 20
