No cash for first time donors. Because, they have to test your blood, to see if they are able to use your blood. And what blood type you are. They don't give cash. They give you a $20 Walmart card if you donate in the office.
They do not pay the first time. Because they need to know your blood type. And they need to know if your blood can be used.
