This one star is for the continued lack of accountability on Jenny sod who delivered us 8 pallets of which 2 were contaminated. We did install ALL of the sod on the same day, as soon as it arrived, and followed ALL their care sheet instructions. Little did we know that this care sheet is a huge disclaimer and out that they use to back out of any sod that is contaminated with fungus. When we called them upon installation, they simply point us to the care sheet, and when things don’t improve, they say, “ oh sorry you are past our 24 hour policy.” It’s basically a catch 22 where the consumer bares all the risk. Perhaps they need to work on a more reasonable policy, rather than just shifting all the blame to the consumer.

We ordered 8 pallets of palmetto from Jeny Sod. While the customer service agent on the phone was very happy to take our order, the lack of accountability for replacing the 2 pallets that were bad has left a poor taste for us. We do not recommend this company in the future. BTW We called the company to explain that we had been treating the grass per their instructions but parts of it were clearly contaminated with some sort of fungus but they took zero accountability as it was beyond their said “timeline”. Buyer Beware!

Great variety at affordable prices. Staff is helpful and you can get your hardscape here too. I needed an extra large paver from their regular sizes and they made one for me to measure. Ive been able to redo my landscape within my budget (pavers, stone, sod, mulch and plantd) with 90% coming from Jeny's.

SOLD US DEAD GRASS. We bought 3.5 pallets of St. Augustine and planted it less than 18 hours later and were watering about 50 total minutes a day (with a newly installed sprinkler system that watered about 10 minutes a few times a day) - the grass was almost all dead the next day. I suspected something was wrong when it was delivered and saw the top layer was totally dead but the delivery man assured me everything below was in good condition and that just the top layer looked bad because it was burnt from the sun. He lied and it was almost all in terrible condition and when I called Jenny Sod they would not even call me back, I had to call back several times to speak to the manager even after they assured me he would call me, he never did. I eventually got a hold of him but he told me it was too late to return. We spent over $1,000 which is all wasted. Grass that is nearly all dead when it was properly installed and watered within 18 hours of delivery is not the customer's fault, it was the supplier's fault and they would not do anything to even remotely help try and make things right.
