HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Both of the managers are just so rude and sadly, I had to witness just how rude the managers are this morning. My grandma has been contacting them about returning something and she went in today to get her money back and was extremely nice and the lady (has black hair and wears glasses) said to my grandma “If you keep talking I won’t give you your money back.”. This was in response to my grandma confronting her for hanging up on her the other day because “they were too busy”. The older man (Howard) had come to help and had also just been so ugly and unkind to my grandma who was still staying calm. He slammed his hand on the desk because my grandma was trying to clarify something with him. Just unbelievable and as a 22 year old, I should not being seeing this as a representation of how customer service should be handled.

Was in the store and followed around by a male who worked for the store like a hawk. I was not in the store to steal anything! I left items I was going to purchase and got the heck out of that store. I felt very uncomfortable. I won't be back!!!
