The lodge for Cannon is pretty rough. I'm sure it's hard to maintain a place with skiers tromping in and out all day, but they could do better. It's very small and always crowded. It's about as relaxing as a middle school lunch room. But one with overpriced food and uncomfortable chairs. They seem really concerned about counterfeit money. Every time I give them a $20 they check it with their special marker and hold it to the light. And you always have to give them a $20,given how expensive everything is. Great slopes and friendly workers: just try to stay out on the mountain all day.

Low key Lodge for a classy mountain. Food is a bit expensive, but not by ski area standards.
