When I dropped off several one hundred year+ old antiques at the UPS store in Birmingham, Michigan, I was beyond concerned. All three items were family heirlooms that were extremely fragile. I needed them delivered to my home in Denver, CO. The store manager, Rachel Mann, calmed those concerns. She stepped in with great recommendations on the best shipping options. She personally promised to pack them as if they were her own. She delivered! I now have those antiques safely in our home. Perfectly packaged, no damages, and delivered on time!
