The service was very poor. The 2 waitresses talked with each other and we waited over 5 mins for service. The floor was filthy and trash all on the floor. I will never go back there again.

I didn't get the ladies name that evening. Anyways, the food was good but the waitress working the window mumbled something because I didn't give her a tip. She was also visibly upset. A tip is NOT an obligation of the customer.

Would leave 0 stars if possible. Came in and they told me to sit anywhere. Sat at the booth and waited and waited and waited some more. No drink no menu wouldn’t even look in my direction. Place wasn’t even packed I would say maybe 5-6 other folks. Also they were taking other peoples orders that had come in after me. I eventually had to walk out and drive the the gate city Waffle House which is only take out. Bummer. Thought Waffle House was more about hospitality

They friendly but they not that organized, and my tea legit tasted wrong. Like spoiled milk. Other than that the food was good. Parking is kinda pact, but they got enough for the house to be filled. So you don't got worry about that.

They rarely answer that phone....if you're able to just go there or try to call another location that's closer
You should check the bag before leaving nobody is perfect. The phone works they are busy waiting on customers and short handed And if your order was right would you call to thank them
