The worst medical supply company in history. I have To call once a month for my orders and simple refills of prescription formula. If you can go with a different supply company definitely go with a different option

I’ve been waiting nearly a month for easy, common medical supplies. Have gotten every excuse in the book: “never received orders” “ missing information" "insurance uncooperative” They blame everyone else and NEVER accept responsibility. Problem is EveryOne they blame can prove hat what they are saying isn’t true. Miserable expirence.

I don't work for them, I get all of my wound and bandaging supplies from them. Medicare does cover all of what I need. I would suggest going to their website and getting the phone# from the "contact us" link. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.
Normally, it starts with your Dr. He writes the script showing your needs. It can be submitted to most any Medical supplier (I'm partial to Continuum, they have been phenomenal) who then contacts your Ins. Co, Medicaid, or Medicare for approval based on your coverage.
I live on the other side of the state and do all of my ordering over the phone, but if you Google Continuum their website has all of their contact info including fax #'s.
