I recently bought a brand new Wagoneer from the best Jeep dealership in New Jersey. From the second I walked in, to the second I happily drove off in the EXACT TRUCK I WANTED, the team there made me feel like I was the only customer in the world. My sales rep David G, Carlos the sales manager, and Chris in the finance department are PROS. In this crazy car buying environment, I felt as though I was a return customer, picking up another vehicle to add to my collection… which I now will do from Nielsen! Thanks everyone!

Top notch customer service. Nick, Carlos and Rick perfected our experience at Nielsen. We drove off in the exact car we wanted.. absolutely beautiful. Thank you!

Overall great service. The customer service representative was very helpful. I had to return for a 2nd visit to get a part changed which wasn't working well but they were very helpful in talking through the issue and getting it fixed at the earliest possible. I definitely recommend their service.

This was one of the best dealerships I've worked with. Marc, the salesman, was very nice, honest and easy to work with. The Sales Manager made the negotiating experience painless and Cris in Finance was a super nice guy as well. I highly recommend Nielsen.

We want you to know that your safety is of utmost importance to us; as a result, we currently enforce social distancing guidelines to ensure that you are safe while conducting business at our dealership. Additional safety measures include hand sanitizer stations, providing facemasks to customers, and rigorous cleaning of all high-touch services.
If it's under warranty you can bring it in but don't expect a fast turn around. Apparently Nielson sells many vehicles that need servicing. Sometimes lights can be attributed to something electrical and.... Well... Shocks. Just change them out.
I would suggest going or calling them! They are all very polite
