I've used rental companies before, and by far this one if the worst. When a rental company provides a proofing box to warm up food, they typically supply the sheet pans for inside the machine to put the trays of food on. Well this company rents them separately, but at no point made us aware of this. They have an after hours "Emergency Line" that we called over 30 times and the owners answer to me was " we answer the emergency phone the other 51 weeks of the year, this week we didn't", We that didn't help when I had to have people running up and down the street using neighbors ovens to try and serve warm food. The Smug owner then said, well I wont charge you for the proofing box. When asked how he was going to compensate me for having to hire neighborhood kids to run food all over the pace to warm it up, he said I'm not charging you for the proofing box (that i couldn't even use) and that's it. Do yourself a favor, and use a better company then this. This guy is a joke, and doing business that way, it shows.

We rented a large tent, tables, chairs, linens, lights and an arbor for a Bridal Shower. The customer service is outstanding. I spoke with several different folks during the process and they were all very helpful and answered all of my numerous questions in a very thoughtful, helpful way.
