The chicken wings and coleslaw were good. The service and available items on the menu were disappointing. The requested menu item was not available. ( 2 piece meal, white). No breast available. Settled for 3 piece wing meal. Inquired would I be charged for the 2 piece meal price due to the fact it was not on hand the answer was no.

We ate at this location yesterday. It was the first time for any of us eating at a Bojangles. The food was pretty good and the employees were excellent. They were kind and worked hard to quickly get us our food.

this morning jun 10 2022 @ 11 am ,me and my wife went to the restaurant and ordered two chicken biscuits at the time we did the first bite on them the meet feel strange so we decided to check them and the meet still RAW. Seem like they keep in the fryer for one minute and ready to go that was disgusting

Service here has gone downhill. The drive thru employees are rude, the managers are rude and they constantly leave items out of my bag. Some of the time they give me food that you can tell has sat under a light- it's chewy and lukewarm. I've also asked for my chicken to be cooked extra well and they don't follow instructions. You better check your bag before you pull away from this location. Next time, I will go to the Bojangles on Elmsley.
