Purchased a home and closed on June 2 2022 to this day still waiting to resolve issues with my floor , bath mirror , outlets , the list goes on and on almost every surface in the house had a touch up problem . Today is the third time the flooring people were a no show not even a courtesy call. Very disappointed with Kolter homes and the HOA as well.
