Kolter Homes...as their service department handles Artistry and Alton. Truly one of the most unprofessional companies I have dealt with. I have spoken with numerous "so called" supervisors/directors and they all keep apologizing for their departments lack of communication. They keep blaming each other, the vendors... and so forth. I have reached out via phone and email to speak to someone truly responsible for the standards and follow thru of this company and still no resolution. Many things were promised to be fixed once you close on your home. I have closed on my home in Alton in 7/2021 and there are still open items unresolved and I have emails from the vendor themself almost begging them to schedule the service! I truly wonder who is accountable for the Customer Service Department... From Tommy, to German, to Vicky???? All they have to do is communicate... simple! Are these your leaders? Very disappointing that there is not a person to hold you accountable to fix and resolve what is your responsibility!

The noise from the Florida Turnpike and I-95 is ridiculous and unacceptable. I'm amazed that people are buying $1M+ homes in here with this type of road noise. In addition, the wait for a new home is about 2 years (at least 6 months wait to contract and at least 14 months to build). Finally, the quoted house prices do not include the lot, a pool or any upgrades. Expect 20% higher than the list price for these items.
