The nail tech Nancy didn't ask me did I want my nails shaped round or square so I proceeded to ask her for a discount. She proceeded to get very loud and rude with me. And after my nails had been polished she asked me would I like her to shape my nails round while I was seated to let my nails dry and totally ignored her. And I requested the dip powder my toe nails are a totally different color than my finger nails. I was very hurt and displeased with Nancy's rude and atrocious behavior. She was totally unprofessional. Little nasty rude and obnoxious nail tech.Sincerely Ms. Vernice J Allen

I do wish Google and all rating sites would update their star rating system so I could leave NO stars. This place is appalling. First their color selection. All old and crusty. Second, the tools. They don't look clean. Their trays look like they have clippings and cuticle cuttings in them. Nothing comes in those bags that tell you they have been cleaned. Third, the staff. They take the cake for being mean, rude, inattentive, and snarky. I asked my technician to first just fix an edge on my big toe nails and she went to cut them even shorter. When I corrected her asking her to just file them down a little to match the other side, she ignored me and cut them anyways. When she went to start the paint job she started looking for a newer bottle of the color I had chosen (OPI Funny Bunny). When she couldn't find one she picked up a different color and went to open it like I had chosen it. I asked her if she could use the color I had chosen or find a new bottle of it (since I could see she thought there wasn't enough of it to do a good job) she snapped at me "what do you want?". I want you to ask me before you chose a color on my behalf and for the color to last longer then a few days! She proceeded to paint my toe nails and send me on my way with nail polish on my skin and one of the worst pedicures I have ever received. This was my second time and the service was equally as poor the first time. Never again.
