This trail for almost the entirety is a smooth level trail, there is one small section that is rocky but it is still reasonably level. great for small kids. ample parking by the trailhead next to the DPW. There is a small parking area at Armory road which is also where it gets a bit rocky.

The trail runs between Milford and Brookline, not far off route 13, a often busy 2-lane road. However, walking, running, biking, snowshoeing, etc. it feels like you're far away from everything.

Perfect flat trail on edge of Milford. Recommend for beginner hikers just know how have to turn around or it keeps going and doesn't connect back in a circle...
