Purchasing was very easy. Delivery was perfect. I was notified of the time frame day before. I love the idea of tracking the delivery. I received a phone call from customer service advising me I was the next stop. Delivery person called to say he was 10 minutes away.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with high end furniture. The credenza that was sold to me looked great in the showroom. However, when it was delivered it was all banged up. The delivery experience was also terrible. I am very disappointed. The salesman Hector is amazing and very helpful! The only good thing about this experience! I will never step into a Baer’s Furniture again.

Although I had to special order my furniture it was well Worth the wait! It was just as I ordered and the delivery men were very professional and kind. They cleaned up and were very respectful of my home. I wish all delivery men were half as good at their job. Very happy with my purchase of a couch and chair. Highly recommended! I can’t attest to how well the furniture will wear as this is day 1

Went to our local store in Pembroke Pines and had a wonderful experience with Randi. She was amazing and funny. She didn't pressure us and made our time pleasant. Our furniture came in a couple of months ahead of schedule and the delivery crew assembled the furniture very professionally. I would definitely shop at BAERS again.

You'd have to ask them directly, but I've never had any problems with things I've purchased there.
The small recliner chair is amazing, super comfortable and great for just sitting down and watching tv. I am not sure if they are currently in stock at the warehouse. I would call to clarify first. Good Luck!
