We wanted to return the baby' carseat($250) a week after got & tried it once. Bc we got simpler & lighter one. They said it z impossible to return anything that has been used even once !! How do we know the baby is uncomfortable without sitting...? It z really ridiculous! ! Even online shopping doesn't provide such afterservice. I have 4 grandchildren & our friends...? Hahaha ~~ i hope this store doesn't go down ~~ 🙏

It was about 3.50 pm when I called this store and my call was answered within a minute once I explained that I need to buy a skip hop silver lining activity center and I would like to make a payment over the phone and pick up today (closing time 5 pm) I was placed on “infinity” hold see picture attached and I just gave up and hang up. I’ve been purchasing from cherry hill store never any problem!
