I had a very similar experience to Joe Noyes who left a recent review here. I explained to the associate very clearly that I’m buying a suit for a wedding that’s taking place on Saturday. He said no problem, the alterations will be done on August 4th which is Thursday, plenty of time before the wedding. I said fine, paid for the suit and alterations and left. Thursday comes and i call the store to make sure it’s ready, they tell me my suit was shipped out to a 3rd party by mistake, i asked if the suit will be ready on Friday, his exact words were “I’ll make it happen.” Friday comes he leaves me a message saying the tailor won’t be able to drop my suit off until Saturday which is the DAY OF THE WEDDING!!! That’s two promises broken, and the absolute worse part about all of this is not one person was apologetic for my suit being delayed twice. The only reason i didn’t ask for a refund is because the wedding I’m going to is local (20 min drive). If this was a destination wedding that required a flight like most weddings i go to, i wouldnt have had my suit in time and that is 100% unacceptable. This is my first time leaving a google review that’s how strongly i felt about the bad service here. Based on other reviews this seems to be a trend, the owner/manager needs to figure out what’s going on here. If you do a buy suit here i recommend taking it to a local tailor.
