If you want a nice, clean community and a property manager that cares, DO NOT RENT HERE! For the price, this place a a dump and is loaded with problems. Roaches and other bugs became an issue immediately. I was not warned of a prior infestation. The maintenance is average and the leasing office has done nothing but provide false information since my initial visit. If I wasn't in such a dire situation, I NEVER would have rented at the Crossroads and im upset that I now have to stay. I've been lied to by Rick (property manager) and forced to pay fees that were not previously explained. After seeking information and a solution, I was provided with more false information and dismissed. I will definitely be following up with the management company and I hope this review saves someone else the trouble.
