The people were very friendly and welcoming. But…. I had emailed the pastor two weeks beforehand and never heard back. When I did attend, I stated to the pastor about emailing her and she didn’t seem to know anything about it. 😢 I left without saying anything to anyone and still no kind if reaching out from the pastor. (Maybe my email went to junk and she never really saw it… 🤷🏻‍♀️) One other thing that didn’t set right with me was the changing of ‘Bible’ text. The Lords Prayer is ‘Our Father’ not our ‘creator’ I understand that in today’s world people are trying to remain gender neutral, but I will not alter God’s word… nor will I be a part of any organization that feels it is ok to change the Word of God.
