1.InBody machine is cost 25$ but no sigh on it, and when I tried to measure they say, sorry it is not free to measure-what? 🤯-Is it hard to put sigh with price above it, just to let customers know? 2.before I purchase a membership they promise that they do not play heavy metal and rap music,but coach Rhandi always turns this kind of music, And when I asked her to play pop music she answer that she is not ready to turn this kind of music every time for me, but she will try to do this some times, what a “Great” customer service.She has 4-5 classes a day and it is not hard to turn on pop music only for one class if member ask. 3.On the row machine seat cover was broken and while I was rowing I fell on my butt.It was incredibly painful, and nobody even sad sorry to me. 4.A/C was broken when I started my membership, but it was fixed in couple classes. In general Friendly faces and ready to answer for all questions. I like their concept and variability of classes.

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!
Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.
Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.
Splat Points indicate minutes spent in the orange and red zones. Aim for 12 or more Splat Points per class.
Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
We’ll ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before workout and avoid congregating in the lobby.

Our workout room has a variety of equipment including treadmills (bikes and striders as alternatives), WaterRowers, and floor equipment including dumbbells, benches, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls, BOSU trainers and AB Dollys.
Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels.
