Friendly customer service. They placed a special boot order for us on the 27th of November. We were told the manufacturer (Baffins) was really good at shipping. Even though it had to come through customs in Canada. Plus Sherper’s price was $100 cheaper then all the sporting good stores, including the manufacturers website. They called December 15th stating they were in. Hubby just picked them up today. Very happy since this was a Christmas present for a family member.
