The laser machine they have does good work, but they’re extremely expensive. I get it, it’s a business and they have to make their money. $70 for two size 10 font names on knives. The engravings ended up costing more than the knives themselves. Update, we received a call from the employee of the shop that assisted us. She wanted to know why we gave them a two start review. I explained that most online retailers charge an average of $10-$15 for customization. She stated she disapproved of the 2 start Google review. She said that $70 was a LEO discount and they normally “charge $40 just to turn the machine on.” I asked her if he that amount was a fair price, and replied yes. Save your hard earned money and order from online an online retailer. They over charge and later ask for an explanation why they didn’t receive a five star review. IF YOU DO MAKE THE MISTAKE OF VISITING THIS PLACE, ASK FOR THE PRICE BEFORE THEY PERFORM THE WORK! I will never do business with this company again or recommend them to anyone.
