Day 1 (WED). Package out for delivery. I was home all day. Received notice at 1030PM from UPS unable to deliver!! SORRY, I WAS SLEEPING. Day 2 (THURS). I call UPS. They set delivery time of 1245P-430P. Nice UPS person calls me to tell me she contacted "the driver" to deliver package by 4pm. At 536PM receive notice from UPS unable to deliver package. I was home all day looking out wi dow for UPS truck. Day 3(FRI). I call UPS. They set a delivery time of 1245PM-4 PM. Hour later nice person from UPS calls me to tell me she contacted "the driver" to deliver package by 4pm. AT 9:12PM still no package, I call UPS. Person tells me if I tell them to stop "trying to deliver" to my home & just to leave it at the UPS store, that I will have to pay $7.99 to UPS to go get my package!! If I dont pay, they will send it back to the sender!! Mind you, I am 67 yr old disabled & will have to get assistance to now pick up my package. At 9:12PM I spoke to UPS, Supervisor Maynor C. & he told me he has "waived the pick up service fee". So, on Day 6 (MON); cause UPS is closed Sat & Sun, I will go to UPS to hopefully get my package. It blows my mind how they get away with treating people like this! I wish companys/business would stop using UPS...THEY DO NOT DELIVER! Pray I get my package on Monday, will let you know how it went.

The drivers don't care where they leave customers packages and admit it. Very bad service. Than the package was stolen and they don't care. And ups won't refund it

Need to ship something this is the place
