When it comes to making decisions, I'm slow to decide. Rosa kindly gave me individualized attention with each visit I made to select flooring (I made several trips--God Bless you Rosa). After I finally selected flooring and pine baseboards, the installers arrived a few days later ready to install. Oscar and his crew were quick, professional and detail oriented. They also moved my furniture like pros. Thank you The Flooring Factory. My little old house now looks a lot better with new floors. From sales to the installers, the effort was seamless. Everyone did a great job!
