I purchased a protection plan and phone 10 months ago and I was supposed to get a protection case for it as well but didn't receive it.Phone broke last night.They should just fix it and I'll get it right back right? Do I have to worry about privacy?

Yes with protection plan you get 3 free accessories. Case, tempered glass, and waterproofed. If you didn't get all 3 they are real nice to make it right. You don't have to worry about any privacy while getting your phone fixed. They take your passcode just to test touch screen, speakers, mics, cameras, and more. You don't have to give your passcode and can test all that when you come to pick it up if you want. Just give time to do a few small adjustments if you don't give them your passcode.
