Perfect place to stroll with a toddler (not stroller friendly due to the beautiful natural landscape but ideal once walking) or with family. Beautiful flowers, winding trails, engaging and lovingly maintained.

Sure! But if you are a professional photographer, you will need a permit from the office. Signs to that effect are posted around the propery.
No. Pets are not allowed not only in Reeves-Reed but also all arboretum around NJ.

There is a sign saying no dogs allowed at the gate. I'm sure that wouldn't apply to service animals but regular small dogs wouldn't be allowed
