I’ve been coming here for years and they ALWAYS take good care of me. Excellent customer service and well stocked store. Will be returning for all my NB purchases! 05/11/2022: Recently had a bad experience here. I attempted to return a pair of shoes purchased on newbalance.com(which I’ve done at the store before) because they sent the wrong size. I even called before to confirm whether they could do it and drive in rush hour almost an hour to the store. I get there and the man tells me that they’re not affiliated with the newbalance.com website, which is crazy because it says right on the website that I can return at the store. Associate was in no ways helpful and I will not be returning to this location again.
