They installed a brand new roof for 45000 usd. Two years later a leak was detected which caused massive damages. Turns out the warranty they give is non-transferrable and they refused to do anything with the roof without payment which is higher than other offers from other roofing contractors.

Did NOT honor their warranty. Therefore, I don’t recommend working with this company unless you have an easy issue and won’t need to have them come out more than once.
