Completely disappointed with ultra.com I made a purchase to pick up at the store, when I got there my order was CANCELLED. Seriously? I was not informed that after a PAID order we have only 5 days to pick up the merchandise. Ulta your responsibility should be warning your customers about this ridiculous and awful policy before we decide to click the purchase button. At least you should send us a reminder text, email us the due date or something. I called customer service and they did not take responsibility, I only received a useless apology. I was expecting more of you Ulta! something like "no worries I will restore the order for you to pick it up or send it to you" kind of thing, something to show a minimum care about customers. Conclusion, money out of the bank for 10 days, gas spent to get to the store and a total disappointment with cero products in my hands. Well done👍 Who cares but there's one less person doing business with you.

Cancels orders that you use 20% off online for in order to make you pay full price in store. This happens often and they don’t even try to fix the issue. They hardly work at this store. They used to work hard now just terrible service. I’d like to edit my review further since their comment below places blame elsewhere. The store cancels orders that use a 20% discount though they have the items available. This is an obvious attempt to make you pay the higher price as they don’t honor the 20% off in the store. Therefore, the reply from ulta below is irrelevant as it’s not because of a “computer error” but an error in the way they train their employees

Since the restrictions are starting to lift, I decided that I needed to do SOMETHING to my poor feet, toenails and fingernails! My feet were so rough they reminded me of sandpaper and the nails were in need of a vet or blacksmith! I wanted to get "Baby Foot" to get my feet ready for the summer. Of course, I wasn't the only person with that thought. They were out of stock. But, fortunately there was another brand that was rated well, so I got that one. I also got some very pretty nail polish (buy one get one 50% off) I was an extremely happy camper! The lady that helped me was EXCELLENT. She helped me and took me to everything that I needed. She was kind and very, very patient with me. I really appreciated her assistance.
