They have hidden charges outside of the treatment plan price and are excellent at double talk or telling you they understand. Which is code for we don’t care. It takes 5-7 weeks and 4-5 visits w separate charges to complete dentures since they mail away their impressions. My impressions were not done properly the first time. So I got charged an additional visit for the companies mistake. Every time they come out it can be $205 to $305. They charge an assessment fee each time despite patient assessment being a one time charge in the beginning of treatment. My mother will pass away before she gets her $4500 dentures. So if you need this service quickly for a loved one this is not the company to call.

Despina Angelikis is an amazing compassionate and expert dentist. Great communication and reassurance skills which are crucial for in home dentistry. Her dental assistant was also great. The Tooth Fairy Mobile Dental group is only as good as their professionals and we are optimistic that my 87 year old incapacitated mother will be able to chew again. Thanks to Nichol, Janine and Gayel for their efforts in coordinating treatments

I wanted to love this service, and gave them several tries, but unfortunately, it was not a good experience. I had a long-term injury so I wasn't able to get to a dentist, but wanted the peace of mind of ensuring my dental health was upkept with their service. Scheduling/reception is difficult at times, whether phone and via email, where it's not uncommon to not receive replies and have to consistently follow-up, and billing is just as bad. On one occasion, I was told I had an appointment that I was a no-show for and was double-charged (it was the same day I had an appointment and the appointment was successfully completed), and on another occasion, I received a collection's bill via email and when I called to inquire they said to ignore it and it was spam (and spoke to me as if I was a child and couldn't understand them). For appointments themselves, they're usually a month or so out and a dentist and an assistant arrives. I received X-rays (and they don't cover you with anything to protect from radiation) and a dental "exam" each service (I'm putting this in quotes because all the dentist does is quickly look in your mouth with a dental pick for cavities). On the third or so exam, I was told that I had a small cavity that would need to be repaired. So, I scheduled an appointment for that with them. The day of the filling appointment, the dentist said that I would need to have my teeth cleaned first, so they wouldn't do it, so they left without performing the service, which was a big waste of time and money. Having to first have a cleaning was not communicated to me, and also makes no sense to me because I take very good care of my teeth. I decided to wait a few more months to recover from my injury more to be able to go to a local dentist office. It was there that the local dentist told me that my teeth look great and I don't have any cavities. Needless to say, I do not recommend this service to anyone. Wonderful idea, terrible execution.

I would think so, because I live in East Manatee county in Lakewood Ranch, on the Gulf Coast and they came here from the east coast 227 miles away. Call them and see, I'm pretty sure they will come to you. Oh and they did the work inside my house...
Hello and thank you for reaching out to us! Yes, we do make housecalls in Cape Coral - you may contact our team for an appointment at 1-855-75-SMILE :)
Absolutely! You can schedule an appointment on the same day. It all depends on our schedule, so we don’t make you wait so much, but we’ll try to accommodate you as soon as possible.
Yes, we do offer Veneers and Crowns! Veneers are used when you want cosmetic improvement, like covering crooked or chipped teeth, especially your front teeth. Crowns are used when the tooth has a lot of decay or is broken or needs a root canal. Crowns may also be more appropriate when you need to brace adjoining teeth.
Yes, we do! We take walk-ins and emergencies! If you have suffered trauma to your mouth including broken or missing teeth, or any other form of injury to teeth, or you are experiencing severe tooth pain you should always seek emergency care with your dentist right away. Another form of a dental emergency is an infection in the mouth that leads to a tooth abscess.
Yes, we take almost all insurances! Please contact our office so we can help you with your insurance benefits.
Hi Sim! Great question! The cost for the dentist to come to you in your home depends on where you live and how far the travel is. I recommend you call our office for an accurate price based on your location. You can reach our team at 1-855-75-SMILE
