Dimitry, the Senior Service Tech that came to fix a pipe leak on a Saturday, was professional & knowledgeable with a great personality. The leak was in a tight space and was tough to handle but Dimitry made sure we knew he’d get it fixed. Sarah in the office and all the office staff were also super pleasant. Definitely recommended!!

I never write reviews, but felt compelled to on this occasion as I have never been so impressed by a company for a very long time. I found this company on Google after we had a blockage and had backup of waste. They said they would have someone with us within an hour and they would call to confirm and that is exactly what they did. When Sheldon turned up he was fantastic, he knew his stuff, was polite and very good humored and a real credit to the company. I would strongly recommend this company.

If you are facing the clogged drain problem, the most trustworthy tool you can use is the Plunger. Here are some tips to use it in its best form: Run your plunger under some hot water before you use it so the rubber can work better. Add Hot Water and Dishwasher Detergent If you don't have a Plunger here are some alternative solutions -Dish Soap - the soap should help lubricate the clogged pipeline and make the debris slide down easily. -Add Hot Water - fill a container with the hot bath water (don't use boiling water), and pour the water into the toilet on the middle level. The pressure of the water could remove what is creating the clog. -Drain Snake - Use the Drain Snake into the clogged area. Push the debris until it becomes free and slides down the pipe. -Baking Soda Mixture - Pour 1 cup baking soda and 2 cups vinegar into the toilet. Allow it to fizz for a half hour.
