I ordered a men's watch from them a month ago .. they took the money out of my account but no watch .. they haven't sent any email or confirmation they've sent it ... payment was taken out 20 days ago and it doesnt take that long to send a watch to Australia... disgraceful

Honestly ive done alot of business with TraxNYC and they are the most reliable and honest jeweller's you can find.. I wouldn't pay to much attention to alot of these reviews because alot of people are probably impatient because it says it could take up to 15 day's to process your order but I recommend calling and speaking to one of the jeweller's that work their I personally always go threw Giorgi but the whole team there will give you the best service ive actually got thousands of dollars worth of jewelry on layaway with them that im paying off one item at a time and i wouldn't put 12 different items on layaway without having alot of trust in them but check out their YouTube video's of the owner educating you about gold and how not to get ripped off buying jewelry then come to your own conclusion because reading most of these reviews won't give you a proper understanding of how reliable TraxNYC is cause alot of people are uneducated and end up changing their opinion in the end

They recommend buying from www.bullionexchange.com who they also buy precious metals from because if you live in the USA that company charges one of the lowest spot prices ive ever seen i live in Canada and I was choked when I found out bullion exchange doesn't ship outside of the US im pretty sure but most site ive seen charge a $40 spot price when bullion exchange might charge $2.50=$5 over the price of the gold or silver weight they even have platinum bars you can invest in

The pandemic caused them to have to slow down production and orders but they were still getting a handful of workers that wanted to come work geared up in tyvex suits and masks but they are back to functioning at regular capacity I waited 2 months for an order to arrive but I knew they were based in one of the cities hit hardest so I admired they were still producing and getting orders out at all but I stayed patient and now my orders come alot faster but I live outside of the USA so UPS will hold my order until I pay them some fee so if you live in another country your order might be being held up by ups until you pay them the exchange fee or whatever it's called

Yeah i would go to the website sign up and talk to bobby or someone on there live chat about what your options are like color size diamond color clarity and everything else but if you want a 100 gram chain i would check out traxnyc youtube page they got a lot of videos on big chains check em out before you buy
