Utah Appliance Tech was on LG's website of approved repair vendors in Utah. I called them about the cooling system going out on my refrigerator. They were pleasant and helpful on the phone and explained the warranty relating to LG's condenser issues. Brad came the next morning, was prompt, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the condenser. It was really a positive experience from beginning to end and I plan on contacting them again if I need service on any of my appliances.

Our 4 year old LG Fridge/Freezer stopped working yesterday. I called a number of places and they all had a charge just to come out and look at it and none of them were able to come out right away. Then I got ahold of Utah Appliance Tech. They were very responsive via text, came right out and the tech was able to replace the compressor under warranty within minutes. There was no charge and my fridge was working again just hours after I first contacted them. This was an incredible experience and I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them!

Our Technician Brad was AWESOME! He was able to arrive earlier than expected which is always a nice surprise! He was very professional and went the extra mile to help ensure the best possible experience! So excited to have our LG refrigerator back up and running again! Highly recommend this business!
