Had an awful experience with Chris at the golf section. They had a new driver I bought 5 months ago to process through warranty. The sole cracked. This is a 400 dollar driver. They call me a week after I left it said they sent it in. 1 1/2 month later the driver has never been sent in and I was told to pick it up. And Chris working the pro shop says that it is not his problem and I can deal with it myself and it is not his job. Thanks Chris.

So, i suggest that you talk to Dick's directly, not a rating site. You should put together a short presentation, approach the manager at Dick's, and hope for the best.
