The technician arrived 35 minutes before the time window and left a voicemail, sounding very perturbed that no one was answering the door. He left before the time window started and I had to reschedule. Then, I was charged $25 more for diagnostics than what was quoted to me over the phone and I am waiting to receive an invoice. Obviously, an extra $25 won’t break me but it is frustrating to deal with inconsistencies.

Greg, that's not what was said by our technician. We do repair Bosch and we are their certified warranty service provider. What our technician said is that Bosch are generally more expensive to repair because their parts are generally more expensive than other brands.
Nope! Mostly just large household appliances. Fridge, Range (or just oven and cooktop separate too), washer and dryer, etc
Hi, Carolyn! Yes we do repair O'Keefe & Merritt stoves. It could be a number of things and without being there physically seeing what it's doing I can't give you a 100% certain answer. It could be an igniter or something else. We charge an $89 trip and diagnostic fee to come out and diagnose the issue. That $89 trip and diagnostic fee gets waived if you move forward with the repair and all you pay for is the repair. You don't pay both. We give upfront pricing once the appliance has been diagnosed.
