The clubhouse was great for our family gathering. Full kitchen, large area for dining, lots of sofas for gathering in front of a beautiful fireplace, Billard room attached where the kids played, view of the lovely pool, ample bathroom facilities, and even a great wide stairway at the entrance with perfect lighting and framed by palm trees for taking group photos. The only drawback was that there weren't enough balls to play a proper game of pool but the kids didn't mind.

There were a few units available for purchase about 2 months back. Your best bet would be to go to the leasing center during the day if you have time and ask.
